Does it soften hard water? No. Hard water stays hard. This is a filtered shower head with a replaceable cartridge.
Does it work? Can I see a lab result? We have not lab-tested this edition and will not quote numbers we cannot show. If it does not suit you, see Refunds.
Will it fit my shower? Most US showers use a standard 1/2 inch arm. It does not fit ceiling rain heads with no arm. Check your arm before ordering.
What is the water flow? The supplier does not state one, so we do not publish a number. Any filter adds some resistance.
Is it certified? Not NSF certified. We make no certification claim.
Where does it ship from, and how long does it take? From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in 1-3 business days. Delivery estimate is 10-14 days from your order. You get tracking by email.
What if it arrives late? If it arrives after the delivery date in your order confirmation email (order date plus 14 days), contact us and we will email you a 15% code for your next order or cartridge. If we miss our ship date, you can also cancel for a full refund (see Refunds).
Can I cancel? Yes, any time before it ships, for a full refund. Reply "cancel" to your confirmation email.
What if it is defective? Tell us within 30 days of delivery. We send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
