Before it ships: cancel any time for a full refund. Reply "cancel" to your confirmation email. We refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
If we will miss our date: we email you before the date passes. You can wait or cancel for a full refund. Right to cancel (FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule): if we cannot ship within the time we stated, or within 30 days if no time was stated, you may cancel and get a prompt full refund. If we need more time we ask for your consent to the delay, and you may refuse and cancel.
Late delivery code: if your order arrives after the delivery date in your order confirmation email (order date plus 14 days), we email you a 15% code for your next order or cartridge. This does not replace your right to cancel.
Defective, damaged or wrong item: tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo. We send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
Change of mind after delivery: not offered.
