Driftrain Limited 30-Day Defect Warranty
This is a limited warranty. It applies to Driftrain products bought from our online store by the original buyer for personal, non-business use in the United States.
What is covered: defects in materials or workmanship, shipping damage, and wrong items, reported within 30 days after delivery.
What we will do: at your choice, replace the item or refund the price you paid for it. If the problem is small, we may also offer a partial refund and you keep the item. You are never required to accept a partial refund. See the Refund policy.
What you need to do: email driftrain.help@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We may ask you to send the item back, and we pay that shipping.
What is not covered: damage from misuse, accidents, dropping, wrong installation, use with a part that is not ours when that caused the fault, repairs by anyone else, normal wear, and cartridges used for their normal life. A cartridge lasts a limited time by design. Any stated life is an estimate and depends on your water.
What this warranty does not promise: it does not promise any specific water result, flow rate or health, skin or hair benefit. The product is not NSF certified, and we make no health claims.
Cost to you: none.
Your other rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. Under California law, implied warranties for new consumer goods, including that the product is fit for ordinary use, last for 60 days after delivery. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this may not apply to you. To the extent the law lets us, we do not give any other warranty, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as costs from water damage that did not come from a defect we caused. Some states do not allow that limit either. Nothing here limits any right you have by law, including under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
