These terms apply when you visit or buy from the Driftrain online store, operated by KAL International LLC, 944 South Sedona Lane, Anaheim, CA 92808 ("we", "us"). Contact: driftrain.help@gmail.com. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms. Our Refund, Shipping, Privacy and Limited Warranty pages are part of them.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. The store is for personal, non-commercial use in the United States.

2. Products and information

Driftrain sells a handheld filtered shower head set and replacement cartridges. The products are made in China. We describe them as accurately as we can, but colors on a screen can differ slightly.

• It is a filtered shower head. It does not soften hard water.
• It is not NSF certified and we make no certification claim.
• It is not a medical product. We make no health, skin or hair claims, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
• Filter performance and cartridge life depend on your water, and any stated life is an estimate.
• Water-efficiency rules differ by state. We do not ship to states where the product is not allowed.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation, and we can refuse or cancel any order, for example for fraud, a pricing error, stock problems or a shipping restriction. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the US is free. Sales tax is added where required. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel and refund the order. Any "was" price we show is a price we actually charged recently. Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may expire. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners. You promise that you may use the payment method.

5. Delivery, cancellation, refunds and warranty

See our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Limited Warranty. In short: ships in 1 to 3 business days, estimated delivery 10 to 14 days, cancel for a full refund before it ships, and a replacement, full refund or (as an option) partial refund for a defect reported within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after delivery.

6. No subscription

We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals. Every purchase is a one-time payment. If we ever add a subscription, we will show the price, billing frequency and how to cancel before you pay, and ask for your clear consent.

7. Using the site

Do not misuse the store: no hacking, scraping, fraud, spam, or placing orders with stolen payment details. We may block access if you do.

8. Reviews and content you send

If you post a review or send us a photo, you confirm it is honest and yours. You give us a non-exclusive, free right to display it on our store and ads. We do not pay for positive reviews or remove honest negative ones. If we give any free product or payment for content, we label it clearly.

9. Intellectual property

The Driftrain name, logo, text, photos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission, except for personal use of the store.

10. Use of the product

Follow the instructions that come with the product. Do not use it with water hotter than 120 degrees F or on a system not meant for it. Keep small parts and cartridges away from young children. Do not drink the water from the product unless it is potable. Stop using and contact us if you see a leak, crack or other fault.

11. Disclaimers

The store and products are provided as described, with the warranty in our Limited Warranty and the rights you have by law. Except for that, and to the extent the law lets us, we disclaim other warranties.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing limits your rights under California consumer law. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Disputes and governing law

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first and give us 30 days to fix it. If that fails, claims go to the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. You may also bring a claim in small claims court in your county. Nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law. We do not require arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest update.
