Privacy policy

Driftrain is operated by KAL International LLC, 944 South Sedona Lane, Anaheim, CA 92808 ("we", "us"). Contact: driftrain.help@gmail.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our online store, why, who sees it, and your choices.

1. What we collect, why, and for how long

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, precise location, government ID, or race). Please do not send us any. We use the data only for the purposes above. We do not use it for any other purpose that is incompatible with them.

2. Where it comes from

From you, from your device when you use the site, and from our service providers (for example Shopify and payment and fraud tools).

3. Who we share it with

  • **Shopify**, which hosts the store and checkout and processes payments.
  • **Our fulfillment partner, CJdropshipping, and its warehouse and carrier partners**, who receive your name, address, phone number and order details so they can ship to you. These companies may be located outside the US.
  • **Carriers and customs** for delivery.
  • **Email, support and analytics providers** who work for us under contract.
  • **Advertising platforms**, such as Meta, once we run ads. They may receive device data and event data (page views, add to cart, purchase) through a pixel. This can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 6.
  • **Professionals and authorities** (lawyers, accountants, courts) when the law requires, or to protect rights, prevent fraud, or handle a sale of the business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to keep your cart, remember settings, measure traffic and, when ads run, measure ads. You can refuse non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, or in your browser. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing. Our site does not change behavior for the older "Do Not Track" browser setting because there is no common standard for it, but GPC works.

5. Your rights

If you live in California, or in another state with a privacy law, you may:

  • **Know and access** the personal information we hold on you and the categories we collected in the past 12 months.
  • **Delete** your personal information, with some legal exceptions (for example tax records).
  • **Correct** wrong information.
  • **Opt out** of sale or sharing for advertising.
  • **Limit** use of sensitive personal information. We do not use it.
  • **Not be treated worse** for using your rights.

To make a request, email driftrain.help@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We verify it by matching your name, email and order number to our records. We confirm within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (we can extend once by 45 days and will tell you why). If we refuse, you can appeal by replying to our email, and you may contact your state attorney general. An authorized agent can send a request for you with your written permission.

California "Shine the Light" (Civil Code 1798.83): we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share page, with the cookie banner, with a Global Privacy Control browser signal, or by email.

7. Marketing messages

  • **Email:** we send order and delivery emails to everyone who orders. We send marketing emails only if you opt in (the checkbox at checkout is not pre-ticked). Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We honor unsubscribes within 10 business days, usually immediately.
  • **Text messages:** we do not send marketing texts. If we start, we will ask for your express written consent first, tell you the message frequency, rates and how to reply STOP, and never make consent a condition of buying.

8. Children

Our store is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us data, email us and we delete it.

9. Security

We use Shopify's secure checkout and limit who can see order data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we notify you as required by law.

10. International transfers

Our fulfillment partner and service providers may handle data outside the US. We share only what is needed to fulfill your order.

11. Changes

We post changes here with a new date at the top. If a change is significant, we also tell you by email or a banner.
